    Does your property qualify?

    If you own a ranch of 20 acres or more, you may qualify as a leisure ranch.

    Do I need structures on my property?

    Although having a structure on your property is necessary to be added to our network of ranches, we work with a variety of owners who are just starting property development.

    What are the advantages of developing my ranch?

    Many individuals have large plots of land and haven’t realized the benefits of developing their propery to accommodate weddings, retreats, and other opportunities.
